Why do you pick-up all the goods, instead of selling it directly from partners warehouse

We pick up all the goods and store them in our own warehouses to provide immediate, free warehousing for our partners. This allows us to ensure the highest level of quality control, inventory management, and delivery reliability. Additionally, our Partners have the flexibility to pull their unsold stock completely or partly back at any time for their own demand. We ensure free shipping of these returns within 24 hours.

What are the different models GREENCHIPS offers?

Model 1: Consignment Warehouse (50/50 Split)
In this model, we arrange for the pickup of your goods, which are then stored in our facility in Austria. Upon receipt, the items are counted and inspected according to ISO9001 standards. We upload the components to various platforms for sale. Upon successful sale, the revenues are split 50/50 and you will receive a monthly statement for the sold items.
Advantages:

Your goods remain the property of yourself and can be retrieved at any time in case of sudden needs.
No additional costs for transportation.
Contract duration between 12 and 24 months.
Environmentally friendly disposal at the end of the contract period at no additional cost.
Access to the partner portal with current inventory, orders, and sales.

Model 2: Commission Warehouse (40/60 Split):
Similar to the consignment warehouse model, we handle the warehousing and selling process. However, in this model, we purchase the goods from you at a flat rate. Upon successful sale, you will receive 40% of the sales proceeds. Therefore, you will receive monthly information about sales and then send us an invoice.
Additional advantages:

The goods are "sold" to SIE Connect GmbH, and you can write off the items.
You will continue to receive commissions for sales.
No additional costs for transportation.
Contract duration between 12 and 24 months.
Environmentally friendly disposal at the end of the contract period at no additional cost.
